A good idea could still stall before the first order.
Independent sellers understood their customers. But supplier searches, language, quantities, and production uncertainty could make a promising product feel out of reach.
Why we started
We started Orderfolk to stand in that gap—not as another anonymous marketplace, but as people on the ground who listen, verify, and stay with the work.
Independent sellers understood their customers. But supplier searches, language, quantities, and production uncertainty could make a promising product feel out of reach.
Across Guangdong, we met focused factories making genuinely good products, yet too small or too local to be properly found and understood overseas.
We help the seller explain what matters, help the factory understand the order, and keep important details from disappearing between quotation and delivery.
The team today
Orderfolk grew from supplier relationships West Chen developed while serving earlier clients. Across work that included more than 2,000 trademark and 800 patent matters, his responsibility often ran from the first commercial conversation through delivery. Those figures describe West's earlier client work—not Orderfolk sourcing orders.
That experience taught him where trust breaks—and what a smaller seller needs someone local to notice. Today, procurement, quality control, risk management, and client service each have clear owners, led by West as General Manager.
Why our size mattersWe are large enough to divide responsibility, but small enough to know the order, visit when needed, and keep our service within reach of an independent seller.Commercial agreements are signed with Huizhou Senyufeng Technology Co., Ltd.
